The Whalley Terrace waiting list is currently open. Whalley
Terrace, located at 560 Whalley Avenue, is an independent living, 22 unit
apartment building for those 62 years-of-age and older with low income. 10 of
the units are designated for those coming out of homelessness. They are
one-bedroom units that come partially furnished. Tenants are responsible to pay
for electric, cable, and telephone services. Heat and hot water are included.
The building has an elevator, community room, computer room,
and library as well as coin-operated laundry facilities. Case management
services are available Monday- Friday during normal business hours on site.

Charles Klompus, Property Manager for Home Inc. They maintain the waiting list
