LEAD Training - June 25 - 26, 2013

Hi Everyone,

Please see the attached LEAD (Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, Development) Training Flyer. The training will be held June 25^th and June 26^th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martha’s Place (559 Howard Avenue, New Haven, CT 06519).

The LEAD Training is an opportunity for individuals who are currently or formerly homeless to improve their advocacy and leadership skills.

Please distribute the flyer widely and encourage the individuals you serve to apply. Space is limited to 11-12 individuals.

ANNOUNCEMENT: The Connection Lodge

Dear Friends,

I am pleased to announce a new service of The Connection’s Counseling Center.  We have opened the Connection Lodge a temporary housing service for men who are actively engaged in the Counseling Service and have 30 days sobriety.  It is located at 48 Howe St.

If you have clients who are interested please give them the attached flyer, they can call the 1-888 number on the flyer, or stop by the Counseling Center at 48 Howe St.  Let me know if you have any questions.
