Hello:
The HOPWA waiting list is currently open and accepting
applications. Individuals must be homeless or at risk of being homeless,
low-income, with an HIV/AIDS diagnosis. This is scattered-site housing for
individuals only, no couples or families.
Attached please find the application on the link under "Documents" to the right of this blog. Once completed, the application should be faxed to my attention at 203.772.4097.
