ConneCT



ConneCT to New Online 
Customer Service at DSS!

 

ConneCT is the Connecticut Department of Social Services' new customer service website that allows DSS clients online access to their account and helps state residents determine if they may be eligible for benefits.

There are two new features on ConneCT:
 
MyAccount allows current clients to set up an online account to check the status of their benefits. Data is stored securely and can be easily accessed by computer or smartphone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Am I Eligible is a confidential and anonymous interactive pre-screening tool that allows visitors to see if they may be eligible for DSS services.
